Our software is distributed electronically and no valid shipping address is needed. This creates an opportunity for purchase attempts from people who use stolen credit cards and provide a temporary, untraceable email address where they receive the serial number.
To protect credit card holders, we ask the buyer to provide the telephone number where we can contact the credit card holder. Since the fraudelent purchases almost never contain the valid telephone number, the phone confirmation allows us to validate that the buyer exists, is not anonymous and can be reached when questions arise.

Don't worry though about placing a valid credit card order on our site - we do not store credit card numbers in our system and your purchase through us is potentially more secure than using your credit card at a gas station. |
