YesSoftware's goal is to provide all users with free version upgrades to resolve previously reported issues. As the number of improvements and new features accumulate, a new product version will be released that will be provided at an additional upgrade cost, or will be free only to the those who subscribe to our annual support and maintenance plan.
Minor CodeCharge Studio upgrades will be provided free of charge to all users at all times. Minor upgrades are those that do not change the main version of CodeCharge Studio. For example if you currently use version 4.0 of the product, you will receive version 4.1 and 4.2 upgrades at no charge.
Major upgrades will be provided free of charge to users who:
- purchased CodeCharge Studio less than 90 days from the date of the major upgrade release
- or purchased the non-perpetual license of CodeCharge Studio and the license is still active
- or purchased the annual support and maintenance program on continual basis since the purchase of CodeCharge Studio. The maintenance plan must be renewed without interruptions to qualify for free upgrades.
Pricing of each new product version will be announced during the time of its release. |
