Although CodeCharge Studio is not fully integrated with Dreamweaver MX(r) or Adobe GoLive(r), it is designed to work with any web editor, including the above. CodeCharge Studio stores each web page in .ccp and .html files. The .html files are saved on the disk and can be opened and edited with web editors such as Dreamweaver MX and GoLive. You can also open a page in an external editor directly within CodeCharge Studio by right-clicking on it and selecting "Open Externally". Once the page is opened in such editor, you can move various sections around, change text, add graphics, etc. However, you should not remove any of the comments that CodeCharge Studio placed in the HTML file. Those comments are used to mark the starting and ending points of Grid, Record and other components. Here are example comments that you may find in the HTML : <!-- BEGIN Grid my_grid --> <!-- END Grid my_grid --> After editing the HTML externally and saving it back to the disk, you can reopen the page in CodeCharge Studio, which should display the changes you've made. |
